The standard rental time is 4 to 6 hours. If you need more time, we offer extended rental options for an additional fee.
Yes! We offer inflatables for various age groups—from bounce houses with slides to large water slides for older kids.
It depends on the model. We’ll provide the exact dimensions at the time of booking. The area must be flat and free of rocks, branches, or low-hanging wires.
Yes, as long as the location has enough height and space for the selected inflatable. We’ll confirm this with you before your event.
Safety comes first. In case of heavy rain or strong winds, we can reschedule at no extra cost or offer a partial refund depending on the situation.
Absolutely. All our inflatables are cleaned and sanitized before each event. We use professional-grade equipment, follow safety standards, and carry liability insurance.
We accept bank transfers, cash, and credit/debit cards. A deposit or advance payment is required to reserve.
We recommend booking at least one week in advance, especially for weekends or during high-demand seasons.
Delivery is included within certain zones. For areas outside our standard delivery range, a small additional fee may apply. We’ll let you know during the quote process.
Yes, you can cancel or reschedule up to 72 hours before the event without a penalty. For weather-related changes, we offer flexible rescheduling.
Supervision is not included by default, but you can hire a staff member by the hour to monitor the inflatable and ensure safe use.
No shoes, food, drinks, sharp objects, or entering while wet (unless it's a water inflatable). We also recommend that children of different age groups take turns.
Our inflatables are durable, but if any damage occurs due to misuse, the client is responsible for repair costs. We explain all usage rules during setup.

Terms & Conditions
The standard rental duration is 6 to 8 hours unless otherwise agreed upon with the renter. Delivery and pickup times will be coordinated in advance with the client.
A deposit is required to reserve the equipment.
Full payment must be made before or during installation. Accepted payment methods include cash, bank transfer, and credit/debit cards.
Cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance will receive a deposit refund or a credit toward a future event.
Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance are non-refundable.
The client is responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of the rented equipment.
The full replacement value will be charged for lost or irreparably damaged items.
Clients must follow all usage instructions provided at the time of delivery.
Inflatable equipment may not be used in rain or adverse weather conditions.
Children must be supervised at all times to prevent accidents or equipment damage.
The setup area must be clean, free of hazardous objects, and have access to electricity if needed.
The client must inform us if the event is taking place in a public space so permits can be arranged, if applicable.
Do not move the equipment from its installed location.
The use of confetti, paint, or sharp objects on or near the equipment is strictly prohibited.
